To use the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Body Lotion, first cleanse your skin with a shower or bath and then pat dry. Take a small amount of lotion, as recommended by the product, and apply it to your skin, starting from the feet and working your way up. Use gentle circular motions to massage the lotion into your skin, focusing on areas that tend to be dry, such as elbows, knees, and heels. Allow a few minutes for the lotion to fully absorb before getting dressed. The La Roche-Posay Anthelios Body Lotion is designed to nourish and moisturize the skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth.
