To use, mix one part color with 1.5 parts milk_shake activating emulsion. Apply to clean, dry hair, processing for 25-30 minutes at the roots and 20-30 minutes on the lengths. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. A patch test is recommended prior to first use.
